You can delete your account at any time:
- Open Ashward
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm
Alternatively, email us at ataseversoftware@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
When you delete your account, the following happens immediately, in this order:
- Your feedback messages and your
usersdata (quit date, settings, rewards, premium/trial status) are deleted from Firestore - If you signed in with Apple, your Apple sign-in authorization is revoked
- Your authentication account is permanently deleted
- Locally on your device, scheduled notifications are cancelled and all cached app data (including local high scores and diagnostic logs) is cleared
If any of these steps fails (for example, due to no internet connection), the process stops and you are shown an error so you can try again — your account is not left in a partially-deleted state without your knowledge.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- 🔐 All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
- 🔐 Firebase security rules restrict data access to authenticated users only

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
